Period pants and leggings?

I’ve got a procedure or two coming up which will mean I’m not allowed to use tampons for a few weeks :( so I’m wondering if anyone has found the period pants that work under leggings? I’m a bit worried they’ll look like I’m wearing a nappy!!

Wuka ones are just like normal pants, but I only found them suitable for light days.

The others I’ve tried are a bit thicker than normal pants, but certainly nothing like a nappy.

Imagine like the thickness of denim rather than of cotton. There’s no bulky pad in the crotch, but they would be thick enough to give you VPL in leggings.

I thought you meant period leggings, like the pants but leggings.
Not too out there as I did see an ad the other day that had period pyjamas!
Could you maybe wear looser shorts/trackkies for a couple of weeks if VPL bothers you?

Hmm doesn’t sound very promising. I’d die of heat exhaustion in trackies and can’t run in them :(

What do you wear the leggings for, could you just wear a longer top, will you be up for running after the procedure.

Ruby love and Modi body both do period leggings.

I have modibodi ones and they're fine under leggings.

I wear leggings for everything - gym, classes, running......and yes, I should be fine to exercise but likely to have bleeding for longer than normal.
