I’ve had the dvd for years but never get past level 1, I always give up on the first day of level 2. I’m starting level 2 next week and determined not to cave so I’d love to hear of anyone’s results to keep me motivated.

I don't weigh or measure so no results to report. However there's such a big jump from L1 to L2 I can why people come unstuck at that point.
I think level 2 is quite discouraging because there is that 2 minute cardio in plank in the first circuit. I think that's the hardest part of all the four workouts!
I have only once managed to do the 2 min cardio in plank without pausing and it was directly after I finished 6 week 6 pack!

The first time I did Ripped, I did plank jacks and high knees (instead of mountain climbers) then later on when JM is doing high knees, I did the mountain climbers. So I was doing the same exercises but in a slightly different order.
Perhaps that could help you stick at it?

Good luck!

Thanks for the advice. I actually found level one much easier than I have in the past so hoping I wont find level two so hard. I am also planning on doing two weeks per level to give myself a chance to get the hang of the moves instead of giving up
