Hi

DH and I are looking for recommendations of good and quick YouTube tutorials to get us going! We have a small floor space and would like a maximum of 30 min sessions.

General fitness, cardio, but mostly muscle gain and toning. Maybe a yoga or suppleness based session too.

Can anyone recommend a mix of online workouts? Well invest in a set of weights of need be.

Many thanks

I'd just do cardio for functional reasons out of the house, like walking briskly, then do weights at home. It's very time-efficient to lift weights and will achieve your desire to be "toned" and gain muscle. I'd get some weights such as a pair of 5kg dumbbells and 8kg kettlebell as a starting point.

Fitness blender really has a great variety and a healthy focus IMO.

I was going to suggest fitness blender too.

30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels is the original and best IMO!

I like the Body Coach for quick hiit workouts

I sometimes do Fightmaster Yoga on YouTube and I have a very small floor area.

For some quick Pilates sessions, my lovely teacher has just put some videos on YouTube. Here's her mini workout BTW I'm not her, just in case anyone was wondering Grin
