Trying to start the new year being a bit healthier (isn't everyone) I work from home so can schedule in half an hour a day to exercise, but at different times, so can't sign up for a class. Does anyone have any suggestions for an app or website for a complete overweight novice, with no equipment

Lesley Sansome walks on You Tube are ok.

Try HASfit or PopSugar or FitnessType

Ooh following. Anything on prime that’s good also?

Robertas gym is a YouTube channel. Its a good beginner level and no equipment needed. The animation appeals to me more than a real person for some reason.

Body project is absolutely fantastic. Run by a great couple, low prices, hundreds of workouts and workout programmes, with lots of them targeted towards beginners.

I second Body Project, I keep trying other workouts but always come back to them.

Not an app but YouTube has millions of free exercise at homes videos. Could do something different every single day for the rest of your life

Fitness Blender on YouTube. Great fitness vids at various levels. Meaning to go back to these myself this year.

I also like Heather Robertson on YouTube. She has a free 12 week plan starting next Monday, I think it starts out relatively easy and then builds in intensity over the 12 weeks. I’m going to give it a go alongside yoga with Adrienne

Brilliant, thank you all. Got YouTube and Apps on the tv so should be easy to do when everyone is out if the house
