Any tips if so?
Live in Canada and want to get into it, but am a bit clueless really. I've alpine skied before, and also cross country but need a few tips really. I am a beginner and want to improve fitness, but more to get outside in the fresh air etc. I'd say my fitness level is poor because of lack of time, but I am used to exercise I. E cycling, hiking etc.
What should I look for in skis?
