Looking into ways to fit more exercise into my daily routine - due to children/husband leaving v early for work/long hours in my job I've concluded the best method for me is going to be a cross trainer that I can hop on for 20-30 mins in the morning before work.
I've been reading reviews and am torn between a relatively basic Viavito Sina and a more expensive Nordic Track with more features (eg adjustable incline etc).
Any recommendations of a model to get?
