My LBT class teacher also does a belly dancing class the hour afterwards. It would be really convenient to fit in two hours exercise in one go ! Obviously she says there are great benefits to belly dancing as do all the other teachers online. Does anybody know of any really evidence of its benefits or personal experience to share? Obviously any kind of dancing to music has some cardio benefits and is good for your mental health but apart from that? Also I'm a 57 year old English woman and I might feel embarrassed especially as everyone wears the jingling belt thing!
