Post 5k apps

Can anyone recommend a post 5k app I can use which will help me gradually increase speed and stamina which is not the nhs one?

I do run hugely slowly and will continue to do so because of injury limitations (physio is happy for me to run as long as I 'respect my limits' as this is a permanent albeit minor injury). However I'd like to up the pace a smidge and improve form.

I do really like the nhs post5k podcast when it sets the pace and gets you to check in re form but it's a bit dull and having done it half a dozen times I would like more of a programme like you got with c25k. Not ready for 10k yet although that is a mid term aim.

Ideally good tunes or I can play podcasts over the top. Monitor pace, distance and splits but really gentle so I don't push too hard.

I did see some good reviews of the Nike one?

I use one called Running to Lose Weight by Leap Fitness Group (on Google Play). I did the intermediate level first which got me to around 5k, now I'm working on the advanced level with the long-term goal of getting to 10. I really love it and have found its the only thing that has ever got me running regularly. You can sync it with your music player which is good too.
