...that don't go see thru on your arse when squatting. Matalan ones fit well but go see thru as do my old bike ones. More Matalan budget than Nike now

I like the thick black lycra Primark leggings. Just the plain black ones - they don't show through & they have a zipped back pocket for my keys.
kellyw1989 · 15/09/2019 09:09
As above the primark ones are good I’d bought sports direct and Nike ones that were fine when standing but when squat could see arse or thong. Try the primark ones

Ooh thanks, love a primark recommendation!

Decathlon - the quality is excellent for the price - don't go see through, have drawstrings and useful pockets, usually have various lengths and colours available (look at running tights as well as gym wear)

Always worth looking to see what TKMaxx have as well
Fifteenthnamechange · 18/09/2019 07:43
Thanks, I'll get shopping on pay day
BendydickCuminsnatch · 18/09/2019 07:45
Sainsbury’s are always great IMO, no see through issues and have been worn and tumble dried for at least a couple of years and still nice and thick and strong.
georgialondon · 18/09/2019 07:53
If you're near a decathlon theirs are great too.
And the waistband actually stays up!
mommybunny · 20/09/2019 09:52
Agree that TKMaxx are always worth checking out.
ImperfectTents · 20/09/2019 13:02
Tkmax I just got some finisterre leggings for 16 quid

I second Primark, they are very good for the price.
But, sign up to Sturdy By Design on FB - totally squat proof, lovely designs. They often have a 20% off code on FB too, which means that you're sometimes only paying a tenner more than at Tesco or Asda - well worth it.

Late to this, but another vote for Primark. "borrowed" my sisters about 3 years ago and they're not as firm as my Nike Fri-fits (my ultimate fave) but they're excellent, durable and most importantly you can't see my underwear
Rosere · 23/09/2019 17:53
Dri fits... Not Fri fits 😂
Iggly · 23/09/2019 17:54
Decathlon or HM
Fifteenthnamechange · 24/09/2019 21:46
Thanks everyone. Not surprisingly Primark we're out of stock so I'll have a look at your other suggestions

I swear by the Tu active wear ones, we don't have a Sainsbury's so I order them through Argos which has meant I've had to take a gamble on the sizes, I've found some styles stretchier than others so definitely best to try them on first if you can.
