OMG I'm a sweaty mess right now!!! Trying to get back into some sort of regime.. But I really need an excersise dictator at home to get me to go and also to push me at the gym!!! It's sooooooo hard!!!! Can't afford a PT 😂
I need to loose a stone and a half minimum would be nice to loose 2.5st!!! I'd need to be massively ill though as once I got to 10.5st last year I found it then impossible to loose any more!!!

I'm 5.3ft 12st 2lb...goal is 10.5st minimum.

Any one else?

You wont lose weight just by exercising, harsh as it sounds! You need to have a deficit of around 3500 calories to lose a pound of weight/fat which is really hard to do just by exercising unless you are a marathon runner or cyclist. Most weight based gym workouts will burn 200-400 calories an hour if you're lucky. You could burn 1000 cals in just over an hour on a cross trainer if you really push it but how boring is that?! Would you really want to do it 4 times a week?

You need to get more active generally, as well as going to the gym and cutting down on your calories. (disclaimer: not a medical person nor qualified just an old lady with years of failures at dieting and fitness under her belt.)
