Hello,

Can anyone recommend some lovely clothes for running and HIT classes? I'm overweight so don't want to spend a fortune when I hold I'll lose weight but I'd love to find something comfortable that makes me feel good whilst I start an exercise regime. Thank you

I think the best when you donmt want to spend much, is Decathlon own brand. Hard to beat for price, very good performance (good fabric, pockets and drawstrings on the running tights too)

Always worth a look in TKMaxx.

When you approach the size you want to be and are prepared to spend a bit more, try Tikiboo

Then after that there are loads of expensive brands, such as the ubiquitous but much liked SweatyBetty

Have a look at Contra - ethical running brand set up by the guy who set up parkrun. Under Armor is also good quality and often have stuff discounted. I'd second AuntieStella's suggestion of Sweaty Betty when you've lost weight. Their leggings cost a fortune, but they are very flattering and comfortable.

I buy all my gym clothes in black from Sports Direct - I know I know!! Horrible shop but their basic capri length leggings (2 pairs for £20 ish) and long line tops are fine for sweating in the gym.
