Love handles and jiggly bits!

How do I lose my love handles? And fast!

I'm a size 10/12 so I'm not "big" but I just don't like my shape!

I have love handles and a bum which is a lot jigglier than I'd like. How do I tone that too?

What exercises work? Or is it purely down to diet?

Or do I just accept that this is my shape 😩

What exercise are you doing at the moment?
I’m no expert but things like crunches, side crunches and side planks would help your belly and love handles, also a healthy diet would help. Lunges, squats, glute bridges etc will help your bum.
If you are not already then start looking at exercise videos or join a class. You’ll soon figure out what exercises work for you.

You can spot reduce fat - you just can't,the only way to reduce it is to lose weight all over.

However, the exercises suggested are all good, consider adding weight training too - it keeps your body burning calories post workout far longer than cardio - don't worry about bulking up either - it's super difficult to do!

I do a HIIT/circuit training work out approx 3 times a week and have a fairly healthy diet but nothing seems to help. I've had them as long as I remember!

It will be diet as it's just places where fat is stored, but stronger muscles underneath will help too.

Focus on core and oblique exercises as well as the glutes (buttocks)
