It looks good, really like the competitive aspect. Just wondered if anybody had actually tried it?

I agree! I've been doing it for a month now and I'm loving it.

The longest I've stuck to an exercise plan since I've had kids.

I feel the best I've felt in years

It's perfect if you have babies as you can turn the app on any time day or night and do a class.
I honestly thought 'no way will this make me work as hard as the gym' I was pouring of sweat after ten mins ! Defo worth the money !!
Think they are changing the pay structure soon and you'll have to pay for the band separately

I've been looking at this recently, because I'm looking to supplement a Couch to 10K programme. Would you be able to let me know the variety of exercises - is it mainly HIIT?

It's 20£ month with the FIIT device included However they are changing the pricing next week and you'll have to pay 65£ for the band so I would get it ASAP if you want it for the lowest price possible x
