The last couple of weeks or so have really struggled at some of my gym classes and had to stop a couple which has really upset me.
Got a call from the Drs who had done bloods to say I was very low on B12 and that's why I've been feeling so rubbish.
BUT I can't get my loading jabs for another week or so as I have to faff about getting the script and then the nurse is only avail 1 day a week.
So I'm all booked in for that, but does anyone know if this is something I can just "power through" at the gym in the meantime? I'm a bit stuck otherwise as live alone, but don't want to end up passing out as I've worked really hard to put a stop to that after it happened once a while ago which was related to me not eating enough.
If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it as I know there's lots of knowledgable people on mumsnet and in the exercise section
