I have limited time to exercise properly (young DS, working FT, long commute) but there's a hot yoga studio near my office and I'm thinking of trying it out. Have done the odd yoga class and online videos on and off so not completely new to yoga but also not that advanced.
Those of you who do/have done hot yoga, what would you say were the main benefits? Did you feel any difference after starting to do it regularly? I'm fairly sure I'll give it a shot but just interested and curious to hear about others' experiences with it in the meantime.
(P.s. The place doesn't do strict Bikram, it's Hatha and Ashtanga in a heated room)
