I'm attempting to do 500 plus minutes a week as started new exercise programme.

So that's over an hour a day of something. Today I've done yoga, weights, aqua aerobics.

If normal walking with the dog counts, then lots! Most days I walk for 1 - 1.5 hrs. 3 days a week I do a 5k run instead of the morning walk, and I always do 20 mins of yoga after my run. I've also started trying to do some bodyweight exercises on the days when I don't run, but that's been a bit hit-and-miss.

I get 200-250 active minutes a week, but I have ME/CFS so I mostly use my Fitbit to make sure I don't overdo the exercise and burn out.

I walk an average of 4 miles a day, so at 3mph ? that’s 7 hours a week = 560minutes

No structured exercise though.

400 active minutes a week. But average 16k steps a day so not always active. Want to increase to 500 now. My job is quite active and I do one school run a day and walk the dog.
