The weight never shifts from my arms.
It's not just bingo wings. My arms are too big

Any suggestions? Has to be home based. I can't get to the gym or the pool in the short term.
Thanks

Hi, I've been doing the 30day shred and I'm sure its helped tone my arms as I hated the before bit now they look a lot better.

Have you tried HIIT training? Toned my arms up in about 6 weeks. Try HASFit on Youtube, do a workout 3x a week with a day off after.

I've got 30 Day Shred on a DVD somewhere!
Will also try to navigate YouTube and take a look. Hadn't thought of HIT as I thunk of it as not being target specific.
Thanks

More suggestions welcome. I'm never going sleeveless this summer.
I want Michelle Obama's arms.

Arm specific, search youtube for tricep dips - there are lots of variations.

EmmaStone · 26/06/2019 13:54

Press-ups, tricep dips, weights, yoga. But if there's weight that need sto come off them, then general all over workouts will be required.

Tricep dips!! They are impossible!

Who can do these?!!

I think I always knew my strength was in my legs.
I could never do monkey bars as a child!

I'm not doing much better with press ups!

I will persevere.

I have been exercising regularly for 3 years, lost 2 stone, inches off everywhere, toned up, changed my body shape... apart from my arms which have been inmune to weight loss and exercise. With a bmi of 21 I can still pinch a over an inch of fat under the arms
