Hello everyone!
I was wondering if anyone could advise me as to what the best exercises I can do to strengthen my glutes & core please?
I've started running again after visiting the osteopath for lower back pain. He's suggested I concentrate on strengthening those in particular.
I go to the gym to run 3/4 times a week with pilates once a week and I will add a day for cross training too, I just don't know what best to do! Rowing machine, maybe?
