Anyone else doing Orange Theory Fitness

I know they only have a few locations so far but have been going doing this for a few weeks and wondered if anyone else here had tried it.
I find the gym impossible as I just don't work hard enough, and personal trainers are too expensive, but OTF is working quite well so far.

What is it?

Some sort of set of routines set to Barry Manilow?

A friend of mine did it in the US, he really enjoyed it, got him started on running and being fitter all round.

Auntie stella it's a one-hour workout (just classes, no free access to gym equipment). A trainer takes the workout and you rotate through the treadmill, bikes and floor exercises. You wear a heart monitor which connects wireless to a panel on the wall, as your heart rate goes up your display changes from grey, to blue, to orange and red. WHen you're exercising in the orange and red zones, you're supposed to maximise your 'afterburn' so increased calorie burn after the workout.

The trainers are my one are just brilliant, they really push you but are not twats about it.

I suppose it's a bit like a spin class, where they tell you to turn up the resistance, speed up etc.

You get reports that show your time in each zone, calories burned.

I've toned up a lot, haven't really lost weight yet but that's more a fridge thing...
