I would like to compile a list of effective free workout You Tube videos so I can do a daily workout.
I need
- beginner to intermediate workouts
- low impact for bad knees
- to do at home in a flat with annoying neighbours
- for overall fat burning (in as short a time as possible) and some that concentrate on hips, thighs and butt.
Please let me have some recommendations! I am getting lost in all the ones on YT.
(And what effects did they have on your body with regular use - need the motivation!)
