Best You Tube workouts

I would like to compile a list of effective free workout You Tube videos so I can do a daily workout.

I need

  • beginner to intermediate workouts
  • low impact for bad knees
  • to do at home in a flat with annoying neighbours
  • for overall fat burning (in as short a time as possible) and some that concentrate on hips, thighs and butt.

Please let me have some recommendations! I am getting lost in all the ones on YT.

(And what effects did they have on your body with regular use - need the motivation!)

Go to the FitnessBlender channel.

It's all there for you already!

I don't know why but I don't like Fitness Blender, they seem very sterile.

Have you looked at Joe Wicks? He does some low impact stuff that's still HIIT so high fat burning

Booksandwine80 · 17/06/2019 19:21

I second @mommybear1

I’m currently doing a joe wicks beginner hiit workout-low impact but very effective.

I’m actual shocked how sweaty I get doing it Shock

I like Sparkpeople on YouTube

ooooohbetty · 17/06/2019 19:37

Just had a look at fitness blender. Their idea of a beginners warm up is my idea of advanced. Shock

Pop pilates!

I've been very into Lucy Wyndham-Read following MN recommendations this last few weeks. She has hundreds of videos and you can mix and match up suit. Would tick all your boxes and I swear I'm seeing a change to my body already!

I find fitness blender sterile too...much prefer pop sugar. I find the dance or low impact ones work for me and often I'm doing them in a room above ds sleeping so need to be quiet.
I find ballet barre videos offer a good quiet low impact workout

Slippershoes · 23/06/2019 22:04

I used the Body Project for a while, beginners cardio I think it was. I live on the 1st floor and chose it because it didn't have any thumpy moves.

Skinnyjeansandaloosetop · 23/06/2019 22:07

I like Kim Saha low impact Pilates videos. Has really toned me up.

Fairylea · 23/06/2019 22:09

Another vote for Joe Wicks. Just fab and so quick you can fit a few of them in every week and not even realise you’ve done it.
