30 Day Shred DVD?

Hi all I have the DVD covered in dust from many years of not using. I wondered if this is still how you watch it or if you used another more up to date streaming device perhaps?

i have the shred on a digital download but just use DVDs for other Jillian Michael workouts so would just go with the DVD since you have it...
