Feet problems

Went to see my GP today who said I won't get to see a nhs podiatrist because they take so few referrals and I need to go private.

Unfortunately as a carer this is not something I can afford.

My feet are constantly blistered. I think it's because my toes curl under other toes.

I've tried rubber separators, plasters, talc etc. Nothing has worked so far and I'm on constant pain.

What can I do?

You may find it’s not as expensive as you expect. Why not ring around and as for prices?

Or ask your local pharmacist for advice?

So you mean you have clawed toes - due to a bunion and crossover of the big toe? I’d say you need to press for a bunion correction.

Is be visiting a different gp- that's not on. Shows what a sad state of affairs the NHS is.
