Knickers under your sports leggings at the gym?

I mean, I wear them - but it seems nobody ever has a VPL at my gym (DL)?? What’s going on?

Are training leggings (sports branded ones for cycling and running) designed so you don’t actually wear underwear? They have that seam-free construction around the crotch.

I know this sounds stupid but I’m at the gym all the time and curious now!

My lines always visible. Maybe they wear thongs or those lace ones

MrsJamin · 26/05/2019 23:03

Happy to have a vpl here 🙋🏼‍♀️

Pipandmum · 26/05/2019 23:06

Ugh yes of course I wear pants! The sports leggings I own do not have a cotton crotch or anything - just Lycra like the rest of it.

Please wouid everyone be aware that there is a regular troll who posts on this theme.

Not accusing you, OP, just urging people who might respond to think about who else might be reading before they press 'post'

Yes, undies all the way, otherwise....the chafing! 😧

butterboo · 26/05/2019 23:09

I'm a runner and I know lots don't as it's more comfortable when you start doing longer distances. You need to watch out for those stray pubes poking through though Wink

Iwantamarshmallow · 26/05/2019 23:09

I thought you were meant to wear them without pants. Oops guess ive been doing it wrong then. I wondered what that bloke was grinning at last week.

Dinosforall · 26/05/2019 23:09

I think more people wear thongs than you realise! The people behind me at the gym don't deserve to see vpl on my extremely untoned arse.

BummyKnocker · 26/05/2019 23:10

I need to as I wear a pad for leaks and I dread the camel toe.

justrestinginmybankaccount · 26/05/2019 23:17

Oooh really! I’m not a troll Grin and I’m a bit embarrassed asking but it’s a genuine question!

I wear thongs in normal life but I’d hate to wear them in the gym!!

I’m just wondering if the clothing has changed to accommodate not wearing underwear! My Nike running leggings have a little triangle in the pants part - not cut like regular leggings!

... I’m fascinated now that a troll would post on this! Grin

I always wear a thong, so don't have a vpl.

KinkyFink · 26/05/2019 23:24

Yes thong with pantyliner to stop cameltoe

justrestinginmybankaccount · 26/05/2019 23:34

Butterboo

Thanks that makes sense and explains how my running pants are cut! Stray pubes Christ hadn’t thought of that! Blush

I so have a pair of Nike shorts actually and it was painful when I wore them with knickers, made me think, maybe those you’re not meant to with, they are like cycle shorts with a built over loose short on top

justrestinginmybankaccount · 27/05/2019 10:02

Yup jollymolly ! I am off to the gym now and I can see the crotch is definitely designed to be seam free so it must be intentional?
