My daughter will start funded nursery around September-January time depending on where and when she gets her space.
Until then I’m trying to tone and exercise more. I’ve tried early morning before the kids wake up and I’ve also tried in the evening when the kids go down but it takes a lot of effort when I’d rather have another half hour in bed or watch tv in the evening.
I discovered my local gym has a crèche today (it’s expensive though so I’m in two minds whether this should be a regular thing). I tried it today and feel like I went harder and longer than I would in the house.
She got to socialise and I left feeling like a weight was lifted from my shoulders as I had an hour or two free from her and also got to exercise. I felt great!!
The gym is £43 a month and for her crèche it’s £15 a month but included in that she also gets all sorts of classes (gymnastics, football, bounce and trampoline among others).
Do you think this is worth it?
Does anyone use a crèche and did it help to make exercise a regular part of your life?
