Hit me with your favourite workout dvd!
My husband is going away next month for 5 months so I won't be able to go to gym until the end of the year but I want to use my evenings to do some exercise!
I have the Charlotte crosby dvd but I find it a bit boring 😕

Queen Jillian Michaels. Love her workouts and now I have the app.

I use the insanity ones by Shaun T, I live in a tiny flat but there’s still room to do it.

The only one I could do over and over was The Next Challenge with Cindy Crawford. But occasionally mixed it up with Jane Fonda and Cher. I have Jillian kettle bell dvds but find them too hard and I’m not sure about her technique - I think I use much heavier weights.

Currently I'm rotating between Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown, 30 day shred, and Burn Fat Boost Metabolism.

I've lost 2 inches from my stomach in one week! Just need a couple of hand weights for the 30 day shred.

Fitness blender website also has some fab workouts. They're all free and all different lengths, target different areas etc.

Thanks I'll have a look at all the suggestions!

YouTube has tons of free workout vids. I like the popsugar and fitness blender ones

I really rate the early Davina DVDs (the ones with Jackie & Mark).

I also love all the Davina dvds, I have them all and mix them up. I just did one tonight, quick and effective.
