Blaze when pregnant

Hi. Has anyone done blaze? I think it’s a David Lloyd concept. If so would you do it when pregnant? I’m coming to the end of my first trimester so I’m not too barge like yet but have had mixed advice from personal trainers. It’s not a contact class

The rule of thumb is not to take up new activities during pregnancy.

So if you haven't been doing this class (or one very similar to it), leave it for now

Hahah, I thought you were asking for advice on blazing while pregnant.

But we are on MN and I now see it is some gym thing not consuming soft drugs.

MrBrown · 27/04/2019 21:54

I wouldn't it's very high intensity and you can't really take it easy as it's timed and designed to be like that.

MrBrown · 27/04/2019 21:56

I don't actually think they would let you to be honest. Have you done it whilst not pregnant?

elephantmarch · 28/04/2019 16:53

@personanongartar that’s hilarious!! Grin Yes definitely a gym class. @MrBrown I have been going hiit in the gym for a year or so including in the first trimester, they’ve now replaced it with this class but I don’t really know what to expect. I was thinking maybe i could Do it at my own pace but if you’ve done the class and think not, I’ll take that on board. Thank you

I personally wouldn't do Blaze whilst pregnant. It's a HIT class and not all exercises will be suitable.
