Hi all, I'm keen to start some regular exercise and I know I enjoy anything that's dance based, i.e. jumping around to music :)
I have problems with my sacroiliac joints which mean I can't put any pressure on my lower back so I have to be really careful with what I do- I can't do squats or anything that means I put any type of pressure on that area.
Does anyone have any recommendations for any dance-based dvds/videos that I could start? Would be grateful for any.
