Armbands for running etc

Hi All
I was wondering if anyone had found a suitable armband for arms that don't fit the norm?
I'm pear shaped and my arms are always a bit skinny and even wearing my armband strapped round my t shirt sleeve it swamps me and I end up taking it off and carrying it which kind of defeats the point!
I've had a look, but haven't really found anything apart from people advising a belt which I am reluctant to try cos of rubbing issues
Any ideas would be welcomed

Just a quick bump for a morning crowd as I run out the door with shorts with pockets this time for my iPod to go in

I wear a running belt which is much more practical. Have a look at decathlon.

How do you mean rubbing issues?

I've also given up on arm bands. Flip belts are great

I use a flipbelt, it fits loads in and no rubbing. Very comfortable. I didn't like other running belts I tried (or armbands) but this one is brilliant. You can buy from their website or Amazon.

After several unsuccessful attempts at armbands and waist belts (which all annoyed me immensely), I bought a Flip Belt recently and it's fantastic. It doesn't move an inch all run and is so comfortable I forget I've even got in on.

Cross posted! But, they are great!

Was coming in to suggest a FlipBelt but see others have beaten me to it
PinkBuffalo · 22/04/2019 07:50
Thanks all, I'll have a look at the flipbelt as its got so many recommendations.
Appreciate the advice and so glad it's not just me having issues

I buy running leggings/tights with a pocket (with zip) at the back. I never got on with armbands - they made me feel lopsided!

I have the Adidas belt which doesn't rub me.
Key is clipped to the dogs lead usually or in running jacket pocket

Skinny of arm here, also. And gave up on armbands here, also.
I second the Decathlon belts, mine was £6.99. And I’ve recently added the little pouches & water bottles that slot onto them really neatly for longer runs.
Decathlon is a bit brilliant.

I too have a flipbelt and would recommend it.

Flipbelt lover here too. I forget I have got it on.

We keep DS's fixed on using hair bands (1 or 2).
