7 minute works x3

I get really bored of ones on YouTube so I've started creating my own 7 minutes work out that I do 3 times over. I'm trying to lose a stone. I do one minute on a move so it might be
1 minute of ...
10 high knees and 10 star jumps
Net ball jumps
Aerobic slide
Alternate knee to elbow lift etc

Does this sound ok? Or should I make sure I'm following a programme from a specialist?

I would add burpees, squat jumps, sumo scissor squats, lunge jumps, and maybe instead of 1 min, do 45 seconds and really increase intensity and speed.

What is your purpose? General fitness, weight loss, muscle gain,....?

Fitness and weight loss.

You really need to feel the burn and become so short of breath you can't talk.
Keep in mind that weightloss happens in the kitchen. You won't lose a stone (sorry I missed your goal in your OP) by doing slide or star jumps.

Add some planks and some hand weights Smile

Try the 7 app. It gives loads of 7 minute work outs for different purposes, or you can create your own. It's a free app and there's plenty of free workouts, and more to unlock as you go, but you can pay a subscription and get them all straight away.
All timed with workout and rest time.
