I’ve been doing yoga for 18 months or so but I just can’t get on board with woo side of things. I find the asanas more engaging. I think Pilates is probably more my speed, the strength & flexibility benefits of the poses without the impossibity of ‘finding my third eye’.
I would rather get started with a few at home YT videos before I join a class. Has anyone got any recommendations? I like Yoga with Adrienne’s style, is there anyone similar doing Pilates on YouTube?
