I seem to have a disproportionately large back, particularly upper back.
I'm probably what you would call an "inverted triangle" body shape without the big boobs. Wide shoulders, broad with not much of a waist, smaller hips and legs. It's awful tbh. --
Ive got a gorgeous dress that fits everywhere apart from one area on my back where it gapes at the level my bra band goes. This happens all the time.
I've tried a bigger size but it is way too big on the waist and hips.
Can I do anything to target this upper back (and side!) fat?!
