Has your leg shape changed? I am generally slim but my flabbiness seems to be from top of knees downwards.

I nearly finished it once. My legs toned up. I've got tree trunk thighs so any reduction in size is good.

I've started doing C25K again and I'm currently on week 3.

Well that's encouraging, I should at least give it a go, it will get me fitter if nothing else.

Definitely for me. Am not slim but my legs have changed quite significantly. Much stronger, more defined and I have lost that kind of chubby knee look. Just need to work out how to extend that up to my tummy now... Grin
On the negative side I have just had to ditch so many pairs of skinny jeans and leggings as they all look really wrinkly and baggy now. And I can't afford to replace them as I have spent all my money on running clothes.

I'm a pear shape so have always had a curvy lower half. Running does keep them looking slightly leaner though. There is definitely muscle in there!

I've just done my first day in week 1. It's encouraging to hear that I can hope for nice shaped legs 😁. I'm pear shaped so hopefully will become less so.

@ToEarlyForDecorations are you finding it's getting easier or are you having to push yourself? I was shocked at the fact it was harder that I thought.
