Core work newbie

I'm a new ish (Dec 17 started c25k) runner. I've been aware for some time that strengthening my core would help my running but I've ignored all of those thoughts Grin

Last summer I worked with a PT for some running sessions. She gave me a core programme to do outside of our sessions which I never did Blush(pic)

So yesterday I made my first attempt. Ouchee. I kinda tried again tonight without success.

Should I push through the ouchee or do the programme a set number of days a week? What do you guys do?

I'd probably give yourself a cash off in between TBh, your body will soon get used to it though and the DOMS will lessen. Good luck!
