I'm a new ish (Dec 17 started c25k) runner. I've been aware for some time that strengthening my core would help my running but I've ignored all of those thoughts 
Last summer I worked with a PT for some running sessions. She gave me a core programme to do outside of our sessions which I never did

So yesterday I made my first attempt. Ouchee. I kinda tried again tonight without success.
Should I push through the ouchee or do the programme a set number of days a week? What do you guys do?
