Getting back in shape after c section

I’m ten weeks post section and I want to start getting back in shape. Any recommendations for a work out that’s easy to do with a baby that likes to be held?!! I fear if I don’t get on this now I never will. Fortunately all seems to have gone well with the op

I did The Shred Jillian Micheals dvd 3x a week plus walked a lot with the buggy. I did the workout when baby napped as it’s 25mins in total but was brilliant for toning core. Lost 3stone over 12mths of Mat leave. Pilates is also excellent for getting back core muscles but you really need an instructor to start with to nail the techniques. Gd luck.
