Running in lunch break- tips?

Hello!
I have given up hope of running in the morning (tired and dark) and running after work (tired and cold and dark) and now reckon my only hope is...
Running at lunch.
Work have showers and hairdryers. I am reasonably low maintenance.
Any tips? What’s best to bring or habits to follow!

If you have showers then it's no problem! Just need to find a nice route, if you work in an area where that might be tricky, look on strava's heatmap to see where other office folk run, I'm sure they do, I always see loads of lunchtime runners out.

Probably eat after, but otherwise I find it a really good way to break the work day.

Leave work shoes at work and come in in trainers.

Ooo strava has a heat map? Must take a look.
Thank you! Good tips!

I have trainers that live at work. Plus a towel and soap bar. I stuff clean pants in my jeans pocket in the morning, and wear my running bra in the morning, with clean bra to wear for the afternoon.

I need gloves in the current weather!

Second eating after - you don't want your sandwiches bouncing around in your stomach!

And definitely don’t forget spare bra, knickers and footwear!
Spending the afternoon in slightly sweaty underwear is not pleasant!
