Whilst keeping fit and watching your weight, is there anyway to stop facial weight loss?

Hi, I’m hoping you can help me.
I’m 46 and recently starting eating better cutting out rubbish and going to the gym. I’m mostly doing Spin, Bodypump and HIIT. I’m feeling lots better with myself.
Last night at work one of my colleagues commented that I was looking very thin in the face. I do have a slim face with high cheekbones but I don’t really want to lose anymore.

So fellow MN’s how do I/ Can I avoid facial weight loss?

I'm not sure there is a fix, with any weight loss I see in myself or others it's the face I notice first....and that doesn't exactly do anything in the gym lol wear more bronzer or take it as a sign that your at your healthy size

Basically no. You can't spot reduce fat. I feel your pain as I am the same way inclined except I get that really bony upper chest while still having an arse that would shame a Kardashian.
