Back Fat

In the last year I've lost 3 and half stone. What exercises can I do to help my upper body, especially my back and sides to lose inches and tone up. Thanks everyone

You can't spot reduce body fat.

However lifting weights will develop your arm shoulder and back muscles.

Firstly well done for losing so much weight.

You unfortunately can't choose where to lose fat on your body, but by focusing on reducing your overall body fat you will eventually lose the fat on your back and increase muscle tone and definition.

You can do this by consistently eating in a calorific deficit/continue with the eating habits that made you lose your weight. Doing approximately 20 to 30 minutes of intense cardio 3 to 5 times per week and also weight training will help you a lot - You can google back and shoulder exercises for strength training. You will not get muscly or bigger by doing these exercises, you will slim down and lose fat. Smile
