Out on my New Year punishment run, I found a calisthenics park I didn't know about. As someone with the attention span of a toddler, it would make running much more attractive. But doing some googling, all of the exercises I've found are aimed at men or super strong women. Even when climbing, rowing and weight training every day, I've never been able to do more than two pull ups, and much to my chagrin, monkey bars were beyond me for the whole of my childhood.
Can anyone recommend some lower body and core exercises that are more suitable for women and don't require vast amounts of upper body strength please, or gentle upper body exercises? Thanks!
