Can you target one area very effectively, eg. Massive bum!

Hi

It feels like I collect all my fat on my bum/hips. I know that's probably a genetic thing, but is there a way to target fat reduction on that area without losing elsewhere, should I just google exercises to tone that area of the body?

I'm an OK weight, I'd rather not slim up anymore on my top half at as it will just come off the remaining boob I have, hence really want to target this zone in particular.

For context, my bust is 35, waist 28 and hips 41.

Anyone else in the same boat?

Short answer is no. The only way to lose fat off your bum is to lose fat- ie a calorie deficit to lose weight. It will come off from everywhere rather than being targeted.

Everyone has a place they hold onto far. Hips/bum is a healthier place than carrying weight around your waist. For context my meaduments are 32 31 36 - my hips and bust are size 8, my waist is size 14. Deep joy.
