Is there a C25K type thing for core?

I love C25K because I just put the headphones in and it tells me what to do. Is there a similar thing to download that gradually improves core/flexibility that I could do with a mat and some weights?

Probably 30 day shred type videos are best.

There's also a lot of 30 day challenges on pinterest, but they don't have the instructor.

I love the C25k+ podcasts and wish there were more running workouts like that to tell me what to do!

There is the NHS Strength and Flexibility Plan:

www.nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/strength-and-flex-exercise-plan/

And the 10 minute workout plans:

www.nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/10-minute-workouts/

Both are designed in exactly the same way as C25K. In fact designed to be used alongside C25K.

FATEdestiny I’m with you. Strength training definitely helps your core. If it’s an issue with a separation take it easy on excersises that concentrate on that part and work around it, it does help the core in the end
