Do they exist?

In an ideal world I’d do 15 mins every day, at home, in undies, after getting out of bed but before getting in the shower. I’ve got a few hand weights and a mat etc.

Does it need to be a podcast? I'd recommend trying a video from fitness blender. You can specify duration and which bits if gym kit.

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is about 25 minutes and uses just hand weights and a mat. I downloaded it from amazon prime so can play it on my phone. Now I know what she is saying I just have the visual as a prompt and play whatever I want to listen to through the echo speaker.
