Small group PT sessions

Has anyone ever had small (3-4 person) group personal training sessions? I got a gift voucher for my birthday for 3 sessions but they also allow up to 4 people for the same price so with friends I could afford 10-12 sessions. I already run with these ladies so similar fitness levels and we all keep talking about the need for doing some strength training and needing to tone so they're keen.

Were they worth having it would I be better off having fewer 1:2:1 sessions? Only slight issue is, I broke my arm a few months ago so still a bit limited on movements (planks & press-ups for example still out) but rest of me is fine - if a little wobbly Grin

My PT does small groups as well as 1:1, he says he prefers them as he can play you off against each other Grin

Whether they're right for you will depend what your aims are really. The small groups sound like more fun to me, but the 1:1s will mean they're focussed on areas you want to improve. And are you going to ask your friends to pay while you use a gift voucher - I would only ask really good friends to do that!
