Private fitness tracker

Please can someone suggest a fitness tracker (heart rate, pedometer etc hopefully with an app) that doesn't share, sell my data?

I know Apple doesn't, but they're pretty expensive.

Which is why they don't sell your data, and can rightly tout themselves as the most privacy-first of the big tech companies.
