Decent-ish running watch on a budget?

Hello folks, would appreciate some help, or just to know if I'm asking the impossible!
Dh wants a running watch, something like a Garmin apparently, so I'd guess tracking as well as timing? Unfortunately the budget is limited, maybe £75 tops but ideally less Blush Any ideas please?!
TIA

You can sometimes just find the Garmin Forerunner 35 at that price, but you're pushing the very top end of your budget already and realistically it's going to be a bit more. It's very good for that money.

At that price, I'd say second hand is the way to go.

My new TomTom was that price bought from their “outlet” website so not the latest model. Garmin are higher spec so you’d need a second hand one to get for that price.

I have the basic TomTom runner, it is available cheaply and it's a great watch. Dh has the multi sport version.
