There are loads of HIIT workouts online, but I'm a bit overwhelmed where to begin, so I dont suppose anyone can recomend one - or give me tips?

For context, I'm properly unfit now, so an absolute beginner, and my knees are not entirely reliable, so I'd like to ease them in gently!

Ive got a cross trainer and some weights, and no other equipment.

You could do a Fitness Blender programme to get you started? Or 30 day shred? Proper HIIT would be more like running as fast as you can for 20 seconds, then a recovery jog/walk for 40 seconds, repeat 15-20 times (with a warm up and cool down added in as well). But doing that makes me feel sick, so my HIIT is more like FB or 30DS, or a circuits class - 30-40 seconds doing a particular exercise then 20 second test before moving into the next one. So things like squats, lunges, burpees, press ups, skipping, kettlebell swings, etc etc.

Good luck!
