Best at home workouts

So I've just got a fire stick meaning I can now get YouTube etc on the telly.

I love running in the summer but not so much on these cold winter nights. Any suggestions of workouts I can do at home to:

  1. keep my fitness up
  2. tone my bottom half!

I've done the 30 day shred in the past but find it boring.

My go to is Fitness Blender, hundreds of free workouts that you can filter to target whatever you want - time, calorie burn, body area focus, equipment etc etc.

I also use the Seconds app and have devised a circuits work out for me to use at home it when away, so don't need the telly for that!

I'd also look at the Body Coach. Be very mindful of your form though, it can be very easy to be holding yourself slightly wrong and at worst injuring yourself, at best be doing nothing for your muscles.
