Can anyone suggest a decent exercise bike please?

Just that. Something stable but not too big and fairly quiet so I can watch TV to relieve the boredom. Any suggestions please?

Have you got a bike that you can buy a turbo trainer for? That's what I did and it works really well.

Sadly no. And I really don't see myself as a cyclist out of the house...

I was coming on to say a cheap road bike (Halfords have them for £100) and Aldi currently have turbo trainers in!!

I've just bought this exercise bike from amazon. Reviews look good. I just need a kick in the bum to use it.
