I've got a lot of weight to lose (4 stone) and I'll be using MFP for calorie counting and whatnots
I don't have the time (or childcare) to go to the gym at the moment and need a fitness app that will give me things I can do daily but won't burn me out.
I've done c25k running and c250k cycling this past year so happy to include that in my week but can't do that until DH home etc.
Any suggestions gratefully received. Doesn't have to be free as long as not really pricey.
