Best Pilates/Exercise DVDs

I'm a single mum to two young kids and also work p/t. Over the last couple of years my fitness (and weight) has really suffered. I chase my 3 year old around the park occasionally and get a swim in on the rare occasions that they're at their dad's and I don't have mountains of housework to do.

Now I'm 40 I'm really feeling the effects of not exercising enough. Any recommendations for a really good, not too full on, exercise DVDs I could do in the evenings when the kids are in bed? I love pilates so that would be my first choice. Or any other ideas for fitting more fitness in my life?

Have you looked at Yoopod? It's a website you subscribe to which has loads and loads of Pilates videos to suit different levels.

Stott Pilates are the best DVDs imo.

Or the Yogalates box set but for pure Pilates Stott.

Fitness Blender is great, they have some Pilates stuff, but a great mix of strength, HIIT, cardio etc. And free!
