Spin shoes

I have recently started spin classes a few times a week but the pedal straps dig into my feet which is annoying!
Can anyone recommend a pair of spin/cycle shoes? I checked with the instructor and need to fit SPD clips.

Thanks :)

How much do you want to spend? I have Shimano ME2W for spin which are mtb shoes and use spd cleats - got them on sale around £30ish. I really like them but there are cheaper. Remember you need to buy the cleats separately! m.bikester.co.uk/shimano-sh-me3-shoes-women-grey-turquoise-705836.html - these are similar

I'd recommend you go to a cycling shop and try some on. It's well worth buying them and they'll transform your spinning experience.

I got mine on ebay for £10. Really like them, my feet feel much more secure.

Thanks, will check out that link but other reviews have mentioned sizing up so might take a trip to the bike shop at the weekend 👍
